If you are an employee who is looking for a job promotion or even looking for a fresh new challenge, it has become a common need nowadays to increase your skill set. What a better way than to take-up a professional certification program which guarantees more industry specified training which better prepares you for the challenges at work. Taking a degree or diploma is often time consuming however a personal certification with the Ten X Group can be completed between 5-6 months at the most.

The language in which the respective training course is ONLY conducted in English. All courses are in line with content shared with our intellectual partners based in Canada. In specific situations, we may customize our training session with our national language – depending on the volume of requirement.
The maximum number of participants for practical training sessions depends on the allocated slots for access to our course content and training sessions. In most cases each class can have between 15-25 attendees.
You must bring a laptop – prior notice must be given to the trainer if you are unable to bring a laptop. Dress code is smart casual – but really don’t judge you for what you wear, just be comfortable and in the mood to learn something amazing.
During the training, you get drinks, snacks or depending on the timing of the training. You will be informed in advance if there are changes to the F&B arrangements.

The decision as to whether the training is to be held or not is made no later than two weeks prior to the start of the training (minimum number of participants). If the training is canceled, registered participants will be notified in writing. The training course will be rescheduled, if possible.
No, your training sessions are fixed in accordance to the subscription package that you have selected and paid for. However there are opportunities for you to pick up on coaching sessions available throughout Talent LMS portal.

Yes, however you will need to discuss this with Team Ten X prior to signing up for your course. In most situations, our trainings will be completed at our own centers however we do also customize our training sessions at the clients’ location should there be a bulk sign-up from a specific organization based at 1 single location.
Registration and Cancellation

You will receive confirmation of your course registration by email. Your registration is only complete with this written confirmation upon completion of payment.
This personal login is used for logging on to the RPM Academy learning server where you will have access to location information and any training documents, reference material, etc. In order to be able to use this, the participant’s personal e-mail address has to be specified. If you did not specify an e-mail address, we ask you to submit this during registration. RPM Academy is our training partner based out of Canada – they essentially provide us with training content and the certification itself.
You are only provided with a 7-day money back guarantee (cooling-off period). Upon registering for the professional certification, you have 7 days to cancel your subscription where you will receive the full funds you paid for the course. Any cancellations requested post 7 days, there will be no refund.
Yes, all required training material/handouts/content will be provided to you via our learning portal or via printed matter by the training provider.
The trainer will hand out a certificate on the last day of the training i fit has been completed (at least 75% attendance).
Yes, you will need to take and pass your certification test scheduled by the Ten X Team. The cost your certification (first sitting) is included on your total course fee.
Each student will receive full access to the Ten X Learning portal. Your subscription will differ in accordance to the package that you have signed up – Platinum, Gold or Silver. Our professional certifications are conducted via a blended learning method (Classroom Training + Online app access + Online Coaching + Activities + Project or Case Study + Certification Test).
